Accessories - Stylish Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Gumball Green Stitched Satin ribbon, Basic Rhinestones, Stampin' Dimensionals
After stamping the hot air balloons on the Whisper White cardstock that was cut into pieces, I stamped two more balloons, cut them out with my paper snips, and attached them using dimensionals. It really gives the card depth but it's hard to see in the photo.
