This card uses the stamp set Giggle Greetings. It's not a new set at all, though is still available in the 2014-2015 catalog. It's just a fun set!! Sure seems like a lot of my friends are running into some tough things these days, and if it isn't too serious of a problem, this would sure lift their spirits.
