Halloween Treat Holder

I made this cute little treat holder using the new Stampin' Up! Envelope Punch Board and a piece of Witches' Brew DSP.  It is actually an envelope to hold a gift card but it holds a snack size candy bar perfectly!!

Supplies:
Stamp sets - Halloween Hello
Cardstock - Witches' Brew DSP, Whisper White, Basic Black
Ink - Black StazOn
Accessories - Envelope Punch Board, 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon (Pumpkin Pie which is retired), Small and Large Oval punches
