Stampin' Up! encourages the sharing of ideas. They believe in CASEing. Copy and Share Everything! The card I created with the By the Tide stamp set was featured in the latest Stampin' Success magazine. I tweaked it slightly, but essentially it's the same card. I really like the layout and will try some other stamp sets with the same layout. Which ones can you think of that will work??
Supplies:
Stamp sets - By the Tide, Happiest Birthday Wishes (retired)
Card stock - Soft Suede, Very Vanilla
Ink - Crumb Cake
Accessories - ! 1/4" and 1 3/8" square punches, Stampin' Sponge
Super easy card!!

Secret Garden with Papillion Potpourri
Today's card is a "girly" card. I love the lace and the delicacy. I borrowed the design from Sandy Mathis. I know Valentine's Day is over, but you might want to consider ordering the Paper Doilies on p5 of the spring catalog. They are the perfect size for cardmaking and they go beautifully with the flower, hearts, and butterfly stamps that Stampin' Up! has to offer.
Supplies:
Stamp sets - Secret Garden, Papillion Potpourri
Card stock - Whisper White, Riding Hood Red, Fan Fair Designer Series Paper
Ink - Whisper White craft ink, Baja Breeze, Certainly Celery
Accessories - Whisper White Embossing Powder, Tea Lace Paper Doilies, Secret Garden Framelits Dies, Elegant Butterfly punch, Bitty Butterfly punch (spring catalog), Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Embossing folder, 2 1/2" Circle punch
The new Bitty Butterfly punch in the spring catalog goes with the small butterfly in the Papillion Potpourri stamp set. The Elegant Butterfly punch also goes with that stamp set.

Secret Garden Birthday Wishes
I can't tell you how long it's been since I broke out the Certainly Celery, but I did for this card. It went so perfectly with the Regal Rose flowers using the Secret Garden stamp set and framelits. The Lacy Brocade Textured Impressions Embossing Folder was featured in the Holiday catalog, but is still available. You can find it on p 36 in the Spring catalog. The oval was made with the new Ovals Collection Framelits Dies and the Occasions Paper Piercing Pack. The card is much prettier in person, it didn't photograph well.
Supplies:
Stamp sets - Secret Garder, Petite Pairs
Card stock - Certainly Celery, Regal Rose, Whisper White
Ink - Certainly Celery, Whisper White Craft Ink
Accessories - White Embossing Powder, Secret Garden Framelits, Ovals Collection Framelits Dies, Ocassions Paper-Piercing Pack, Lacy Brocade Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Stampin' Dimensionals

Feeling Sentimental with Tickets
I made another card with Feeling Sentimental and used the same color scheme and technique. This one I added two tickets from That's the Ticket. I love, love, love the Feeling Sentimental set!!
Supplies:
Stamp sets - Feeling Sentimental (Sale-a-bration), That's the Ticket, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Card stock - Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
Ink - Soft Suede, Crumb Cake (for sponging)
Accessories - Argyle Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Ticket punch, Work Window and Modern Label punches, Linen Thread, Stampin' Dimensionals, Stampin' Sponge
I used the same technique of spraying the pieces of cardstock with the Stampin' Spritzer filled 3/4 of the way with rubbing alcohol and 11 drops of Early Espresso ink refill. It's makes a nice effect.

Feeling Sentimental medly
Todays card is a case from the Stampin' Up! demonstrator known as beadsonthebrain. I really liked the card so I just copied it "as is". Feeling Sentimental was the first Sale-a-bration item I picked out while viewing the mini catalog and the first item I earned free. I really like it!
On this card I used a spritzer filled 3/4 full with rubbing alcohol and 11 drops of Early Esprsso refill ink. I sprayed several pieces on this card. I would have liked a "splotchier" look, but I'll have to keep experimenting. I called this card a medly because I used all 3 images on this card.
Supplies:
Stamp sets - Feeling Sentimental (Sale-a-bration set)
Card stock - Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Basic Black
Ink - Basic Black, Early Espresso refill
Accessories - Argyle Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" square punches, Neutrals brads, spray mister, alcohol, ink refill, Stampin' Dimensionals
The banner is cut free hand.

Happy Valentine's Day!
It's an annual tradition to come to Grandma's house and make a Valentine box for the classroom Valentine's Day party. Emma and I sure had fun with this one! I have to step back and remind myself that it's just a box for school and it's her box!! You know what I mean? I wrapped the box with paper and she placed all the decorations herself.
I'm one lucky Grandma!

Make a candy kiss with the Blossoms Petal Builder Punch
I saw this idea on Ann Clemmer's blog, aka Stamper Dog, and just had to try it. The Hershey Kiss is made from the Blossoms Petal Builder punch. Just cut the bottom off. It's a pretty clever idea. Too late to make it into a Valentine? Try pairing it with a sentiment about being sweet. Or just try it for the fun of it. This was the first time I used the new Honeycomb Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Wow, it's beautiful. It really looks great on the Real Red card stock. Can't wait to try it on some other projects. If you haven't noticed it, it's on p. 6 of the Spring catalog.
Supplies:
Stamp sets - Teeny Tiny Wishes
Card stock - Chocolate Chip, Real Red, Whisper White
Ink - Real Red
Accessories - Blossoms Petal Builder punch, Honeycomb Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Real Red 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain ribbon, Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine, 1" square punch (to notch the banner - could also use scissors), Stampin' Dimensionals, glue dots
You can mix the Real Red ribbon with the Cherry Cobbler Baker's twine and it looks fine. As you can see, there's very little stamping on this card. Paper crafting is fun!
